• Erstellung der Produktionsabrechnung und Analyse der Beschäftigungsabweichung, Verbrauchs- bzw. Preisabweichung, Ausbeuten, Interpretation von Produktionskennzahlen
• Durchführen von aktivem Bestandscontrolling unter Berücksichtigung von Gesamtbeständen, Reichweiten, Kuppelprodukten etc. und Sicherstellen der SOX-konformen bilanziellen Bestandsbewertung (IFRS / HGB)
• Erstellen, Analysieren und Abstimmen von Teilplänen für die unternehmensweite strategische und operative Planung
• Durchführen der regelmäßigen Reportingaufgaben zur internen Steuerung, z. B. Soll/Ist, Budget, Forecast
• Erstellen des SOX-konformen Reporting und Budgets bezüglich Lohnverarbeitung
• Erstellen der internen Leistungsverrechnung und Herstellen von Transparenz durch Festlegung von Verrechnungsschlüsseln und - methoden innerhalb der Produktion
• Schulen der Kostenstellenleiter hinsichtlich der korrekten Anwendung und Umsetzung der Richtlinien und Prozesse der Budgetierung und Kostenstellenrechnung
• Erarbeiten, Interpretieren und Aufbereiten betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen zur Bereitstellung aussagefähiger Steuerungs-, Planungs­ und Kontrollinformationen für die Produktion, Erstellen von Rentabilitäts- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen für strategische Entscheidungen, Investitionsvorhaben und Sonderprojekte, Simulationen.
• (Weiter-) Entwicklung von Konzepten für das Konzernreporting des Funktionsbereiches Produktion und Umsetzung, z.B. Unternehmenskennzahlen, Kosten- und Leistungsverrechnung
  
  

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (Bachelor/Master) mit Fachrichtung Controlling/Finanzen
• Erfahrungen im Controlling idealerweise mit ausgeprägtem operativen Finanzhintergrund (z.B. Werkscontrolling)
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP (Module CO, FI, BPC), SAP-BW/SAC
• Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Anwendungen, insb. MS Excel
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprache wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Internationale Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
