• Herstellung von pharmazeutisch-therapeutischen Produkten aus Blutplasma unter Beachtung aller dafür geltenden Bestimmungen
• Steuerung moderner Anlagen über das Prozessleitsystem und Durchführung aller zur Produktion notwendigen Teilschritte wie das Rüsten der Filtrationsanlagen sowie die Herstellung von Pufferlösungen und Suspensionen
• Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit und Überwachung von Geräten und Anlagenteilen
• Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Produktionsprozesse unter Beachtung hoher Hygienestandards und deren Dokumentation
• Durchführung einfacher Labor- und Analysetätigkeiten
• Mitwirkung bei Optimierungs- und Wartungstätigkeiten an den Produktionsanlagen
• Auswertung von Prozessdaten auf Abweichungen im Normalbetrieb und Ergreifen von Korrekturmaßnahmen
• Kontrolle und Einhaltung von Hygienemaßnahmen in Reinräumen und an den Produktionsanlagen
  
  

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Chemikanten/-in oder Pharmakanten/-in
• Erfahrung in der GMP-gerechten Herstellung von biologischen Arzneimitteln
• Routine in der Bedienung von SPS-gesteuerten Maschinen bzw. Prozessleitsystemen
• Verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Bereitschaft zur vollkontinuierlichen Schichtarbeit
