Your Tasks

  • Disziplinarische Leitung eines vierköpfigen Teams
  • Weiterentwicklung und ständige Funktionsfähigkeit des PV-Systems der Biotest mit Fokus auf EU / EEA / USA
  • Kenntnis des Sicherheitsprofils der Biotest-Produkte und Ansprechpartner für europäische Behörden bei Arzneimittelrisiken mit 24/7-Erreichbarkeit
  • Kommunikation mit internationalen Behörden zu Definition und Koordination risikominimierender bzw. korrektiver Maßnahmen bei Arzneimittelrisiken, inkl. Arzneimittelrückrufen bei Qualitätsmängeln
  • Weiterentwickeln, Pflegen und Überwachen des PV-Qualitätsmanagementsystems inkl. Erstellen von bzw. Input in entsprechende kontrollierte und/ oder regulatorische Dokumente
  • Überwachen von ausgelagerten PV-Aufgaben inkl. Einbindung in Audit-Aktivitäten
  • Fachliches Beraten interner- und externer Partner hinsichtlich Pharmakovigilanz, der Umsetzung entsprechender Anforderungen sowie Maßnahmen bei Risiken zu Biotest Produkten

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Medizin, Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften oder Veterinärmedizin
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in internationaler/globaler Pharmakovigilanzeinheit
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination & Kommunikation (intern & extern) von Maßnahmen bei Arzneimittelrisiken lokal & internationalwünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich klinische Forschung, Arzneimittelzulassung, Projektmanagement
