• Herstellung von pharmazeutisch therapeutischen Produkten aus Blutplasma unter Beachtung aller dafür geltenden Bestimmungen (GMP, Biotest, Gesetze, Unterweisungen usw.)
• Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung aller zur Produktion notwendigen Teilschritte im Bereich Aufreinigung von Blut-Plasmaprodukten unter anderem mittels Chromatographie, Crossflow-Filtration und Nanofiltration sowie Dokumentation der Schritte
• Durchführung von Inprozesskontrollen
• Durchführung von wiederkehrenden Maßnahmen
• Vorbereitung und Instandhaltung von Geräten und Geräteteilen, Anlagen und Anlagenteilen
• Bedienung moderner SPS-gesteuerter Anlagen
• EDV-gestütztes Buchen von Produktionsdaten
• Einsatz in der Reinraumklasse C
  
  

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung aus Pharma-, Chemie-, Biologie-, Biotechnologie
• 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der GMP-gerechten Herstellung von biologischen Arzneimitteln
• Erfahrung in der Bedienung von SPS-gesteuerten Maschinen bzw. Prozessleitsystemen
• Verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Eigenmotivation und Eigeninitiative
• Bereitschaft zur vollkontinuierlichen Schichtarbeit
